Roasted Cauliflower

ROASTED CAULIFLOWER

Serves 4 to 5.

1 large head cauliflower

salt, to taste (optional)

1.         Preheat oven to 365 degrees.

2.         Wash and remove outer leaves from cauliflower.  Cut cauliflower into ½ inch slices.

3.         Arrange cauliflower slices in single layer on a cookie sheet or large shallow pan.  Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes. Remove pan from oven, flip slices over and continue baking for another 15-20 minutes until cauliflower is tender and beginning to turn golden-brown.

4.         Salt, to taste and serve hot.
