TOMATO BASIL SALAD
1 pint grape or cherry tomatoes, halved
4-5 large fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced
1-2 clove(s) garlic, pressed (depending on how much you like garlic)
2 Tbsp. seasoned rice vinegar
1. In small mixing bowl, add tomato halves, basil leaves, garlic and rice vinegar.
2. Stir well to mix. Let sit at room temperature for at least 20 minutes for flavors to blend before serving.
