Makes enough dressing for 16 oz. package of shredded cabbage and carrot coleslaw mix.

¼ tsp. celery seed

1 tsp. onion powder

3 Tbs. raw, shelled hempseeds

¼ cup + 2 Tbs. seasoned rice vinegar

black pepper, to taste

1.         Put shredded cabbage in a large bowl and sprinkle with celery seeds.

2.         Blend remaining ingredients in a small blender until smooth.

3.         Add dressing to shredded cabbage and mix until well combined.  Store coleslaw in refrigerator until ready to serve.

Note: Larger amounts (triple or quadruple recipe amounts) can be made in a regular blender and stored in refrigerator.  After refrigerating, shake well to mix before serving.
