Mango Sorbet

MANGO SORBET

Serves 6.

2 16oz. packages frozen mango chunks, thawed slightly

1.       Place slightly thawed mango chunks in food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.  It may be necessary to stop and scrape down the sides of the bowl a few times during blending.

2.       Serve immediately or place in freezer-safe container and freeze for later use. If frozen, let sorbet soften slightly before serving.

Frozen pineapple chunks

Tropical fruit – frozen mango, pineapple and banana chunks
