SUPER-EASY BEAN DIP
15 oz. black beans or pinto beans (no salt added, if possible)
¼ cup tomato salsa
½ tsp. ground cumin, optional
1. Rinse and drain beans.
2. Combine all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth. If you do not have a food processor, combine all ingredients in a bowl and mash with a potato masher or fork to desired consistency.
Serve with baked tortilla chips and salsa or use in place of refried beans in tostadas, burritos, wraps, etc.
