Mango Lassi Smoothie

MANGO LASSI SMOOTHIE

Serves 2.

2 cups frozen mango chunks (about ½ 16oz. bag of frozen mango)

6oz. container plain or vanilla soy yogurt

½ cup non-dairy milk (e.g. oat milk or soy milk, no added oil variety)

1 tsp. rosewater

1/8 tsp. cardamom

1.         Thaw mango chunks slightly (about 20 seconds in microwave).  If using a high-powered blender, e.g. a Vitamix, it is not necessary to thaw mango.

2.         Place all ingredients in blender and blend until completely smooth and creamy.  Serve immediately.
