Green Dream Fruit Smoothie

GREEN DREAM FRUIT SMOOTHIE

Serves 2.

1 Clementine, or other seedless orange, peeled and divided into segments

1 ½ cup mango chunks (fresh or frozen). If using frozen, thaw slightly.

1 cup water or non-dairy milk or a mixture of water and non-dairy milk

1-2 kale leaves, washed and de-stemmed. A handful of baby spinach can be used instead of kale.

1.         Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Variations-

For extra creaminess and sweetness, add 1 fresh or frozen banana.  (To freeze bananas,     peel, break into chunks and store in a plastic bag in freezer until needed).

Tropical smoothie-

1 Clementine

¾ cup mango chunks, fresh or frozen

¾ cup pineapple chunks, fresh or frozen

1 banana, fresh or frozen

1 cup water
