ARTICHOKE DIP/SPREAD

15oz. can butter beans (no salt added, if possible)

14 oz can artichoke hearts, packed in water

1 tsp. lemon juice

½ tsp. garlic powder  (or use ¾ tsp. if you like a stronger garlic flavor)

1 tsp. nutritional yeast (optional)

salt and pepper, to taste

1.         Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until creamy and smooth.
